La Crosse SOUP’s mission is to promote community-based development through crowdfunding, creativity, collaboration, trust and fun. This is accomplished through quarterly micro-granting soup dinners celebrating and supporting creative projects in La Crosse. For a $5 donation, attendees receive soup, bread and a vote for one of four projects presented. The project with the most votes goes home with all of the money raised to carry out the project. La Crosse SOUP operates under fiscal sponsorship from La Crosse Area Community Foundation. Learn more at soupnation.org.
