La Crosse Epinal Cultural Exchange Endowment Fund

This fund was created to support La Crosse’s longest running sister city relationship. La Crosse Epinal Cultural Exchange works to serve as a resource and link between La Crosse and Epinal, France to build bridges of understanding and friendship between the two cities. The fund will support the organization’s annual programs which include sponsoring student exchanges and visiting delegations.
