Karen M. Wieser Nursing Scholarship Fund

Karen M. Wieser was the La Crescent-Hokah School District’s School Nurse for over 20 years. Karen regarded nursing not as a job, but as a vocation. The fund was established to provide scholarships to graduates of La Crescent-Hokah Public High School who have shown their interest in nursing either by working and/or volunteering in healthcare in the La Crescent-Hokah community. Awards may be renewing up to five years. The scholarship works in collaboration with School District #300 Foundation in La Crescent, MN.
