La Crosse Community Foundation hires senior donor services coordinator

The La Crosse Community Foundation has appointed a new senior donor services coordinator. Megan Pierce will fill the role, serving as the primary stewardship advisor for the foundation. In the position, Pierce will manage all designated, scholarship, and non-committee-advised field of interest fund donor relationships.

Pierce brings communication, fundraising, community engagement, and administrative experience, having worked in nonprofit settings for her entire professional life. She also holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa, Cedar Falls, Iowa, and a master’s degree in education from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse.

“In addition to her experience working with donors, Megan is enthusiastic, fun, and engaging,” said La Crosse Community Foundation Chief Executive Officer Jamie Schloegel. “She’s sincerely interested in understanding donors’ intentions and gains great satisfaction from helping others. We’re excited to have her on our team.”
