Established in honor of Lori Lynn (Rinartz) Horman & Deanna Lynn (Horman) Mason to provide financial assistance in the form of scholarships to graduates of Onalaska High School. Students who qualify for this scholarship have plans to pursue a 2 or 3 year nursing degree, would be considered an “underdog” by teachers, and is someone who displays care for others and has a positive outlook on life.
